By booking a rental with The Bounce House, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All bouncy castle rentals are full-day rentals from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

Delivery and pickup times will be arranged with the customer before the event.

An adult must supervise the bounce house at all times while children are using it. The renter is responsible for ensuring the equipment is used safely and properly during the rental period.

To protect the bounce house and ensure the safety of all children, the following are NOT allowed inside the inflatable:

• Face paint
• Balloons
• Confetti or glitter
• Food or drinks
• Candy or gum
• Shoes
• Sharp objects
• Silly string
• Water (unless the unit is specifically designed for water use)

All participants must remove shoes, glasses, jewelry, and any sharp objects before entering the bounce house.

The bounce house must be completely emptied before pickup and returned in the same condition it was delivered.

If the bounce house is returned dirty due to prohibited items such as face paint, balloons, food, or other substances, a cleaning fee will be applied.

The renter is fully responsible for the bounce house during the rental period.

If the bounce house is damaged, punctured, burned, destroyed, or otherwise made unusable, the renter agrees to pay for all repair or replacement costs.

Replacement costs may be up to the full value of the inflatable unit.

Bounce houses cannot be safely used during:

• Rain
• Strong winds
• Thunderstorms

If unsafe weather occurs, the bounce house must be turned off and cleared immediately.

The Bounce House is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during the rental period due to misuse, unsafe behavior, or lack of supervision.

The renter assumes full responsibility for all participants using the inflatable.

By booking with The Bounce House, the renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
